...if I had taken my eldest child to Rene, and received the advice, humour and friendship that I have received from her – my experiences with my first born would have been a lot more enjoyable, and stress free.

I took my youngest boy to Rene when he was only 2 weeks old and Rene was a breath of fresh air, she gave me all the advice that I needed, answered all my questions (without making me feel stupid) and resolved any fear and stress that I was feeling at that time.

A week later at 3 weeks old my little baby developed Pyloric stenosis and Rene was just what I needed, she urged me to get a second opinion, gave me advice as to who to see, she armed me with all the information I needed and then supported me by giving me a hug. Thanks to Rene’s knowledge my little boy was operated on two days later.

Since those first stressful weeks I still find myself popping in to see Rene, with my questions and it really touched me that Rene know all |her mums| by name and her first question is always |how are you?|, which is so nice, because everyone asks how the children are and sometimes us mums need that support and love also.
