So much precious time has been wasted reading books from so called Experts. Yet after just 2hrs with Rene life is as just about as perfect as you can get with 10 month old twins. Around five months of age you need to introduce solids to supplement breast or formula feeds. Initially, feeding your bub solids is all about tasting food, not about how much they eat. Let's talk about what to expect when introducing solids.

In most cases formula fed babies do not need feeding more frequently than 3 hourly.  The exception to this rule is babies fed with NAN H.A. 1 formula.  Let's talk about baby formula and quantities.
