I never believed in Angels until I came in contact with Rene.
Within 2 hrs Rene had informed us of a routine for our baby who wasn't sleeping very well, and who also had some difficulty with feeding. Rene comes with a breadth and wealth of experience, espousing good old fashioned baby advice/strategies. She is absolutely amazing, as well as warm (gives much needed hugs to wrung out mummys), sensitive, understanding, non-judgemental, and above all, practical and supportive of mothers (and fathers), aswell as baby. For us, she is nothing short of a miracle worker. Brisbane parents are truly blessed to have Rene. I lost faith in my paediatrician and my GP - both whom I trusted and respected (and still do), however, Rene is THE EXPERT above and beyond any other practitioner I sought the right advice and help from (and didn't get it). I cannot sing Rene's praises enough. Rene has a wonderful secretary, Tracey, who also deserves a mention. She was the first person I spoke to when I contacted the service, and reassured me that everything would be ok after I'd seen Rene, and that my night that followed would be totally wonderful with my baby who was not sleeping. I doubted Tracey's words - but she was RIGHT! Tracey sensed the urgency in my situation and moved heaven and earth to get Rene to me that same day. Tracey has restored my faith in humankind. I am now a more confident parent, enjoying my baby more, thanks to Rene. I will always go to Rene first for support and advice. I cannot thank Rene enough. We love you Rene! X
