Popped in to see this wonderful lady at her Thursday clinic at the Ashgrove chemist near Coles and 'Wow!!', I can't believe what a change in my 9 month old son's sleeping it has made after my 15 minutes with Rene. Rene helped put my mind at ease and confirmed what I suspected - me being in the same room as my son was not doing the both of us any favours. With her tips and what I felt was her confidence in my ability, I left the clinic feeling positive and ready to rearrange my family's sleeping arrangements (the baby & I in one room downstairs; dad and our 3.5 yr son old upstairs in the one bed) and tackle the adjustment period until all is well. The 9 month old has turned into the almost textbook baby (he has pretty much fallen into a routine since the changes were made and sleeping much longer now...touch wood) and although my other son is baulking at this new arrangement I feel confident that we're not too far away from him having an entire night in his bed without complaints. Now I just have to deal with sharing the same bed as my partner after 9 months :)

Thank you Rene for the advice and your no nonsense approach - you have saved my sanity! You are a very generous lady to offer your time at this clinic - thank you.
